    Where the fuck are you guys? It's December. Are you really telling me that there are things more important than your health? Fuck the video log. Neither of you can tell me that you've been eating on plan and working out on plan in WEEKS?!?!

    What do you really want? Seriously?!? How long have I known Kimi or you saying that you were going to change this? Years? There is NO excuse anymore. Not for being tired or stressed or busy. You either want this or you don't want this and stop fucking around if you don't want this.

    Where the fuck are you? Be here with me and working your assess off and eating right. That's the only place you should be. Oe tell me a really reasonable excuse as to WHY you can't POSSIBLY eat healthy and move your body,

    I love all of you. Seriously.

    In fact we are on target and on plan. MY workouts have been happening on schedule, and my food intake is pretty good. I average around 1650cals a day when I should be hitting 2200 or so and my protein is low while my fat is about 25g a day too high - which sucks :)

    Every workout I take video of every rep set result, so I am doing a pretty little montage and generally bringing folks up to speed. In general I have been too busy DOING it to spend much tiem her blogging about it. But that's all in process :)
